History
Transcendental Yields began in Lagos, fitting out homes and offices across Lekki, Ikoyi and Lagos Island — a market where finishes are judged at arm's length and nothing arrives on schedule unless somebody is personally making it arrive.
That is where the discipline came from. When you cannot assume a supply chain, you learn to run one: you buy out early, you expedite relentlessly, you verify on site rather than trusting a delivery note, and you never let a programme depend on a promise you have not tested.
Transcendental Yields is now fully Canadian owned, based in Ontario and working across Canada. The market changed. The habit of holding the whole job rather than a slice of it did not.
What the three words actually mean

Judged at arm's length, in daylight, with the client standing next to you. That is the only inspection that counts.
Speed
Not rushing — removing waiting. Speed comes from buying out early and killing dependencies, never from cutting a corner you will be asked about later.
Grit
Occupied buildings, live services, immovable opening dates and weather. We finish the job under the conditions that actually exist.
Ontario based. Canada wide.
We are based in Ontario and mobilise anywhere in Canada the work requires. Distance changes the logistics, not the standard — the supervision travels with the job.
