Capabilities

Eight capabilities. One contract. One number to call.

Most of this list appears somewhere in every contractor's brochure. The difference is that we will carry all of it on one contract — the first three especially. You are not assembling a team from this page. You are appointing one.

…infinite possibilities

01

Interior Fit-Out

Shell-and-core to occupancy. Offices, retail, hospitality and private residences.

We take an empty floor and hand back a finished, inspected, occupiable space. Partitions, ceilings, floors, joinery, glazing, services coordination and final finishes run on a single programme, sequenced so no trade is standing waiting on another.

Scope

  • Partitioning, ceilings and raised floors
  • Joinery and fixed casework
  • Glazing and architectural metalwork
  • Mechanical and electrical coordination
  • Flooring, wall finishes and decoration
  • Snagging, testing and occupancy handover

02

General Contracting

Full-scope delivery under one contract, one schedule and one point of accountability.

We tender, contract, programme and build — carrying the trades, the procurement and the risk. Progress is reported against the schedule you signed, in language you can act on, rather than a wall of percentages that moves without explanation.

Scope

  • Tendering and subcontractor procurement
  • Programme and critical-path management
  • Site supervision, safety and permits
  • Quality control and inspection
  • Cost reporting and change control
  • Close-out, warranties and as-builts

03

Construction Management

Running the build when you already have a design team.

You hold the design. We hold the site — programme, procurement, trades, cost and quality — reporting into your architect and your finance team on their terms. Most of the value lands before anyone breaks ground, in buyability review and getting long-lead packages away early.

Scope

  • Pre-construction planning and buyability review
  • Trade package strategy and buy-out
  • Long-lead procurement and expediting
  • Programme control and progress reporting
  • Cost management and change control
  • Commissioning and close-out

04

Renovations & Office Set-Ups

Reworking occupied buildings without shutting the business down.

Renovation is a logistics problem before it is a construction one. We phase works around trading hours, staff floors and live services — dust barriers, out-of-hours sequencing, temporary provisions — so the building keeps working while we change it.

Scope

  • Phased and out-of-hours works
  • Strip-out and make-good
  • Workplace planning and desking
  • Meeting, focus and hospitality zones
  • Cabling, power and AV containment
  • Occupied-site dust and noise control

05

Finishing & Furnishings

The last five percent that everybody notices and most programmes rush.

Finishes are where a budget becomes visible. We specify, source and install surfaces, lighting, soft furnishings and loose furniture as one package, so materials meet correctly at every junction instead of being reconciled on site between three separate suppliers.

Scope

  • Surface and material specification
  • Decorative and architectural lighting
  • Loose furniture supply and installation
  • Window treatments and soft furnishings
  • Styling and final dress

06

Wood & Metal Works

Bespoke joinery and architectural metalwork, drawn and managed to our tolerances.

Reception desks, feature walls, screens, balustrades and staircases, produced to our shop drawings by fabricators we have vetted and work with repeatedly. We hold the details, the survey, the template and the dry fit — so what arrives on site fits what was actually built, not what was drawn a year ago.

Scope

  • Shop drawings and 1:5 junction details
  • Bespoke casework, veneer and solid timber
  • Mild steel, stainless, brass and aluminium
  • Balustrades, staircases and feature metalwork
  • Applied finishes, powder coating and patination
  • Site survey, template and dry fit

07

Facility Handling

We stay on after handover. Same team, same number.

Planned and reactive maintenance for the spaces we build and the ones we didn't. Because we hold the drawings and coordinated the install, a repair is a repair — not an investigation followed by a repair.

Scope

  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Reactive call-out and repairs
  • Janitorial and grounds coordination
  • Small works and churn moves
  • Vendor management and reporting

08

Real Estate

Acquisition, repositioning and disposal — with a builder's eye.

We look at buildings knowing what it costs to change them. Feasibility, condition assessment and repositioning strategy come with real construction numbers behind them, because the firm producing the estimate is the firm that would carry the work.

Scope

  • Site and building feasibility
  • Condition and dilapidation assessment
  • Repositioning and value-add strategy
  • Acquisition and disposal support
  • Landlord and tenant works packages

Which of these is your project?

If it is more than one, that is the point — say so and we will scope them together rather than as separate jobs.
