Laser, tape, plumb line
Survey
We measure what is actually there, not what the base-build drawings claim. Slabs are not level, walls are not square, and every set of as-builts is optimistic. Everything downstream depends on this being honest.
Process — six steps, in this order, every time
A plumb bob finds true vertical by gravity alone — it cannot be argued with, flattered or rushed. The sequence below works the same way. Steps do not get skipped when a date gets tight; they get overlapped, which is a different thing entirely and the reason we can move quickly without leaving damage behind.

Coordinated set, 1:5 details
A set you can build from — not a mood board. Junctions, tolerances, substrates, services routes and fixings resolved on paper, where a change costs an hour instead of a week.
Trade packages, long leads
Trades are contracted and long-lead items are ordered while the drawings are still being finished. This is the step that decides your completion date, and it happens before anyone touches the site.
One crew, one sequence
Trades run to a single programme under one supervisor. Nobody is waiting on a company they have never met to finish a scope they never read.
Snag list, closed
We snag our own work and close it before you walk the space. You should be inspecting a finished room, not writing our defects list for us.
Same team, same number
The line does not end at handover. We hold the drawings, we coordinated the install, and we answer the phone when something needs attention in year three.
On a conventional fit-out, trade packages go out after site works begin and long-lead items arrive when the supplier's queue allows. That single dependency sets the completion date, and no amount of pressure on site changes it afterwards.
We buy out while the drawings are still being finished, so steps 03 and 04 overlap instead of queueing. It is unglamorous, it happens before anyone sees a site, and it is the difference between a date you can hold and a date you can hope for.
